I Am A 17 Year Old Female Who Has Been

I am a 17 year old female who has been experiencing painful urination and irritated small red sores around my vagina for about 4 days now and it doesn't seem like it's getting much better. I am taking an antibiotic for a UTI yet the pain with urination is persisting. I have also been putting vaseline on the sores. My original thought was that it was just really bad razor burn that continued to get more and more irritated and thats why it was/is causing pain. Should I be worries that it's something else.
Important note: I had surgery 02/22/2016 to remove a cyst from my left ovary and was diagnosed with endometerosis.
