I Am A 18 Year Old, 5'11'' Female I Play

I am a 18 year old, 5'11'' female I play college basketball and I have knee pain that causes my shins to hurt and my ankles to hurt. I also get dizzy and get headaches everyday. And occasionally I get pains in my chest usually under my rib cage near the lower part of my lungs. And I can't run as well and as long as I did. I also get clusters of bumps on my shins that are kind of reddish sort of like razor burn but smaller and in clusters. What is wrong with me?
