I Am A 19 Year Old Female; I've Never Been

I am a 19 year old female; I've never been pregnant. But today I noticed that my areoles have gotten bigger. They've never grew before. I am a cup C. And I haven't gained a lot of weight or anything. I looked online and it said pregnancy could be the reason; but I have an IUD and I've had it for 4 years.
