I Am A 19 Year Old Male And I've Noticed

I am a 19 year old male and i've noticed a thick yellow jelly like substance for the past week when i pass urine. Its also painfull 2 pass. I've had problems with kidney stones before so when the pain started, i thought it was another stone but i didnt pass any jelly like substance during the first experience i' ve had with kidney stones. Also everytime i get an erection it hurts like hell, even if am not doing anything and its just there. My partner is dealing with problems as well when she passes urine but hers is coming from her pregnancy i think. The only symptom we have in common is that we feel some form of blockage... When i pee i have 2 stand and wait about a minute or so after im finish to let everything run out or more accurately drip out...but i'm not sure if i have std or kidney stone or what? Really want to know what's going on inside me, please help me
