I Am A 20 Year Old Male, And I Have

I am a 20 year old male, and I have eczema but I don't think this would be it. I have been getting these bites that are spreading throughout my whole body. They have two teeth like marks on every bite, and now it has came to the point where my elbow is so swollen it hurts to touch.
