I Am A 20year Old Female With PCOS Since 3-4

I am a 20year old female with PCOS since 3-4 years. I have history of irregular menstrual cycle.. but this time its almst 2-3 months that it has not occured.. my doctr tld me it might b due to exam stress and anxiety..i have been having chest pain since yesterday..as i stay in hostel i have to eat lots of junk food and smtyms miss my food too..so have acidity since 2 days..so anythng to wry bout?
