I Am A 21 Year Old Female, Danced My Whole

I am a 21 year old female, danced my whole life and recently started track. My hips and lower back have always caused me pain but just recently I got this bump on my left hip flexor it looks and feels like a lymph node and the insides of my knees hurt now too. Any ideas why that is?? Let me know
