I am a 21 yr old healthy woman in the us Navy overseas with my boyfriend (also in the Navy)but when it comes to sexual intercourse,i am not having an orgasm and have had ones with a previous boyfriend, a year ago, I Love my partner now and we plan to get married and I don't want to hurt his feelings by telling him but could I have a hormone imbalance or something? Where I am stationed overseas there is not a female doc to see,we have to go into the native town and im not comfortable with that,please Help!!!
