I Am A 22 Year Old Female. About 3 Years

I am a 22 year old female. About 3 years ago, i started having a slight pressure near my temple. Over the years, it has progressively gotten worse. Now, my temple area is swollen (no injury) and it feels like there is something hard where it is swollen. and it has a constant pressure and if i touch it, i get a deep pain there. I cant really describe the pain. and it has a constant pressure and if i touch it, i get a deep, somewhat sharp, scary pain. My arteries or vessels around the area are swollen and hard also. I had an MRI about a year or so ago without contrast and nothing was found. I am worried that it could be a tumor or abscess or an aneurysm that has not busted yet. It is debilitating and greatly affecting my life. Should I be worried?
