I Am A 22 Years Old Male. A Few Months

I am a 22 years old male. A few months back i was diagnosed with uti resulting due to e.coli infection. Since yesterday i am again feeling the urgent requirement to urinate frequently,with low output and not upto my satisfaction. A few days back i was having pain in my stomach on the left side,right beside the belly button,while breathing out deeply. There is however no pain or itching during urination. Please advice.
