I Am A 220 Lb. Male 59 Years Old. I

I am a 220 lb. male 59 years old. I am suffering from severe post cervical laminectomy C-3 - C-7 with herniated disk at C-4 and C-6. My vertebrae at L-5 is broke in 2 place causing severe pain in my lower back and down my legs. I also have severe neuropathy in my left arm, hand and foot, sever neuropathy also in right hand and foot. What dose of OxyContin should I be receiving for my pain and how often?
