I Am A 23 Year Old Female That Has Experienced

I am a 23 year old female that has experienced getting her period twice a month for the last two months. Research has led me to learn some of the symptoms of cancers. I have also been noticing a change in my bowel movements. Something just feels wrong and I am getting very scared. I am seeing my gynecologist tomorrow to find out whats going on
