I Am A 23 Year Old First Time Mother Of

I am a 23 year old first time mother of a 6 month old baby, whom i am breastfeeding at the moment, when i had my 6 week checkup my ferritin was 2, and i had an iron infusion eventually at 3months pp, after oral iron had no effect. I had my routine blood test done 3 months following the infusion, and have had abnormal lft's.
I am having a followup bloodtest and ultrasound tomorrow, but i would like some peace of mind on the matter.
i have never before tested positive to any infectious diseases, and my bloodtest on the day of my infusion came back perfectly normal (aside from my ferritin & iron)
My Lfts were
ALT: 46 U/L
AST: 42 U/L
ALP: 174 U/L
Bilirubin: 26 umol/L
