I am a 23 year old male and have been to doctor over a button size lump in my groin and have been told it was a swollen lymph node but this morning I squeezed it a little and a clear liquid with a little bit of what looked like blood in it came out i thought a lymph node was solid and the lump is real squishy like it has fluid in it
