I Am A 23 Year Old Male Who Returned From

I am a 23 year old male who returned from a cruise to Mexico and Honduras on Aug 27th. Upon return, I started having stomach symptoms, including cramping irregular poop (like thin noodles), bloating, and general stomach distress. It continued and also transitioned to constipation and feeling like I have something hard and “full” above the rectum. After a month, I went to my regular practitioner, who ran X-rays, blood work, and 4 fecal tests. THe doctor called with a diagnosis of cconstipation. I have since been taking laxatives, Metamucil, and drinking a large amount of water. I typically drink a good amount anyway.
Nothing has really changed.
