I Am A 23 Yr Old Female Who Is Having

I am a 23 yr old female who is having bladder problems. Everyday when I am walking home I get an urge to go to the bathroom. I never make it and end up wetting my pants. I have been wetting the bed as well. My urine sometimes has a strong ammonia smell. Other times it smells like a NY alleyway (the best way to explain it). A couple of weeks ago when I would pee I would get a small sharp pain when I finished peeing. This week I have been having constant control issues with my bladder even if I don't drink any fluids all day.So my question is, do I have a UTI or bladder inflection? Is there something wrong with my bladder?
