I Am A 24 Year Old Female And My Ears

I am a 24 year old female and my ears feel as if water is in them, my hearing is also faded. I have no pain but its gotten so bad that my TV volume is on 54 the max is 60. I have never been known to have allergies but then again I do live n Texas, please any suggestions are appreciated.
