I Am A 24 Year Old Female Who Is Relatively

I am a 24 year old female who is relatively healthy outside of having laparoscopic surgery to remove my gallbladder on 04/30/15. I started having spontaneous hives/welts which started on 04/01/15 and have slowly dissipated since then. I have allergies to peanuts/soy but no other known allergies that could have caused my hives. Now one month post op I am having the constant urge to urinate and thought I had a UTI but the tests and cultures came back negative for both bacteria and yeast but did show small amounts of blood in the urine and my doctor contributed it to cystitis. I don't know if the hives and urge to urinate are related or if urinary urgency is a complication of surgery or something else but I don't know what to do as this urge is deeply affecting my quality of life. I must have gone to the bathroom over 20 times yesterday and have the same urge today which is highly distracting and uncomfortable. I just want to know if this type of issue will clear up on it's own but I am scared because it has been 3 weeks since it started with no sign of relief. I have my 2-week followup with my doctor tomorrow and want my concerns to be taken seriously.
