I Am A 25 Year Old Having Lower Abdominal/pelvic Pain.
I am a 25 year old having lower abdominal/pelvic pain. My ultrasound reads this..."The uterus is anteverted in position and measures 10.2 x 4.6 x 6.2 cm. It demonstrates a normal, homogeneous echotexture. There are no discrete fibroids evident. The endometrium measures 0.4 cm". Is this large for a uterus?
