I Am A 25 Year Old Male In Good Shape

I am a 25 year old male in good shape . Currently having rectal pressure that's not relieved by bowel movements which are on schedule every morning still with no blood present or any change in size or color. It has been on and off for 6 months, in that time there has been times where I have felt completely normal, at this time the pressure is intense
