I Am A 25 Year Old With A Height Of

I am a 25 year old with a height of 164 cm and weight of 119 lbs. I am relocated to California 16 months ago. Earlier I had regular menstrual cycle of 35 days which would last for 5 days. After I got here my cycles are unusually long around 38-45 days and the bleeding is very light and lasts for 2 days. What could I do in order to regularize this.
