I am a 26 year old female, about 55kg, recently travelled to london.
One day after returning - have a fever (sore throat, cough, mucus). After three days (the fever tends to come on after lunch and dinner), i felt extremely weak to the point where my hands were trembling. So I took paracetamol (4*500mg) in 24 hours, it went away in the morning but now it's back (day 4). Should I be worried
