I Am A 26 Year Old Male Having A Strange

I am a 26 year old male having a strange feeling of pain below left testicle. I am unable to find any abnormalities and lumps. It's quite a dull ache. Seems like a pain in one of the veins below left testicle. How to get rid of it?
