I Am A 27 Year Old Male With No Prior

I am a 27 year old male with no prior medical conditions. I noticed lately on occasion throughout the day it feels like something is stuck in my throat. It comes and goes. I can still eat normally with no issues other than this nagging feeling like something is there. I also noticed the roof of my mouth is an off-white/grayish color and the back of my mouth above the epiglottis is patchy yellow/red spots. I have been using tobacco for about 6 years now although not intensely. I'm a little worried because of my tobacco use. Thank you for any insight.
