I Am A 27 Year Old White Female Who Gets

I am a 27 year old white female who gets frequent kidney stones and urinary tract infections... I also have at least 7 cysts in my left kidney, I'm down to 30% function in the left and 70% in the right... My urologist isn't helping any he just keeps doing litho as my stones occur, my stones are smooth some are pink and some are brown, can you help me at all
