I Am A 28 Year Old Female. 4 Months Ago

I am a 28 year old female. 4 months ago I gave birth to my third child. All three of my pregnancies have gone without complications. I am 194 lbs and 5'5". My blood pressure was at 149 over 104 today. Is this something to worry about and should I see a doctor inmediatly?
