I Am A 28 Year Old Female. For The Past

I am a 28 year old female.
For the past six months I've been experiencing a sort of swaying feeling (not vertigo). It is a daily occurrence. It usually lasts for a few seconds but can sometimes repeat several times within a short period of time (an hour, etc.). Some days or even a week are better than others. I have been on a lookout for a certain pattern (time of day, food, activities) but haven't found one. This applies to the following symptoms as well.
For three months I have also been experiencing bounts of nausea. I haven't vomited.
Very rarely I experience a very mild shooting pain in different parts of the head.
Now and then I also just feel a bit off. This is hard to describe. Warmth in the back of the head, slight tiredness. No mental fog though.

ENT found nothing in his examination and my blood tests came back normal.
I've been taking Betaserc for two months but there's no change.
I have an appointment with a neurologist but there is quite a waiting list and I thought I would seek some advice before that.

Thank you for your time.
