I Am A 28 Yr Old Female That Had Been

I am a 28 yr old female that had been having severe hip and lower back pain along with when squatting my knees hurt. My hip on the left has a large buldge and it is hot to the touch. My whole left side is swollen is this a cause for concern? In August 2014 I had spinal surgery due to a epidural abscess which was staphylococcus that had got in my skin and created a abscess. Should I be worried about another infection or is this normal
