I Am A 29 YAO Female - 132 Lbs. I

I am a 29 YAO female - 132 lbs. I went into the ER about 3.5 weeks ago. With belly pain. They ran my blood work. My ALT AST levels were very elevated. When I was having my ultrasound done on my belly they went ahead and did one on my liver, gallbladder and pancreas. They came back fine. My AST was 621 and my ALT was 282. ALP was 17 and Bilirubin was 1.1. (I had a heavy night of drinking 3 days prior and just started heavy weightlifting again after 3 months). I did a follow up the next day. My levels were down 200pts on each side. Doc said it might be a gluten intolerance (my intestines are not smooth) Been gluten free for three weeks. Had blood tests again last Friday. My results were AST in the 400s and ALT in the 200s. I am to go back in two weeks.(I am still heavy lifting 5 times a week, though now with less muscles soreness) Does it seem like she might be correct with her educated guess? I am going in for a second opinion - thought I would try it here as well.
