I Am A 29 Year Old Female I Weigh 220lbs

I am a 29 year old female I weigh 220lbs I am a type 2 diabetic and have HBP I have been getting a bad pain on my left lower abdomen I have a burning sensation when I poop and my genital is achy and burning a little itchy. I have had huge change in my bowel movement. its yellowy orange no matter what I eat. Not much of an appetite bad headache Also my poop is abit gooey and bad heartburn no matter what I eat and very tired all the time. Please help me figure out what is going on
