I Am A 29 Year Old Female. While At Work,

I am a 29 year old female. While at work, I lifted a stack of chairs and felt a shooting pain all the way to my left big toe, but had lower back pain on my right side. Today, I have a painful right shoulder and hip and now feel as if there is inflammation near my right hip where my leg and hip meet. IIt is tender. I thought I felt a dime size lump near my hip. I am overweight to begin with and don't know if what I'm feeling is fat . should I be concerned?
