I Am A 29 Year Old Female.I Was 105 7

I am a 29 year old female.I was 105 7 months ago.I have reduced 23 kg in 6 months.after first three months I started getting acne.Before this I never suffered from acne.I have also noticed massive hair fall.my hormonal tests shows high dht 649pg/ml which is double. Is it because of tumor in adrenals. It seems like I am getting bald.Is there a cure.will my hair grow back?
