I Am A 29 Year Old Male, I Injured My

I am a 29 year old male, I injured my knee a few years ago playing rugby. I tore my mcl, acl, miniscus and dislocated my knee cap. I was put in Percocet for the pain. When that ran out, I started talking morphine for the pain and it has gotten out of hand. I'm trying to quit on my own but the withdrawal symptoms are pretty severe. Will it help to go to an er? It's Saturday and Dr offices aren't open
