I Am A 29 Year Old Married Woman. The Last

I am a 29 year old married woman. The last few days I have had pain when wiping in my urinary meatus (not sure if that's the correct term, I am trying to describe the hole that excretes urine). I do not feel pain when urinating, only when I apply pressure to wipe. It feels like I'm being cut with glass. I have no other pain elsewhere. What could this be?
