I Am A 29 Yr Old Female With One Live

I am a 29 yr old female with one live birth with my first pregnancy and have had 4 miscarriages since. This Sunday severe left pelvic pain with vomiting, high blood pressure and blood in urine. Wasn't aware I was pregnant until blood test was done to check my HCG level (160) had an ultrasound done and found incomplete miscarriage with 2 ovarian cysts. The left cyst is complex and my endometrial thickness is 9mm? Should I be concerned with either?
