I Am A 29,year Old Female. I Have Had One

I am a 29,year old female. I have had one pregnancy and delivered by c section. I have sarcoridosis and Crohn's disease. I also have the gene and many telling signs and a history of anklyosing spondylitis, a suspision high risk and family of diabetes, a suspision and high risk of vitamin b12 deficiency, arthritis, and either something is pressing on my nerves in my back or I have nerve damage. I am current in remission with the sarcoridosis and having an active flare up from the Crohn's. I have been needing to urinate very frequently and sometimes urgently, but more so have trouble starting a stream and then having to push very hard to maintain the stream, but the flow is a large amount.of urine. My bladder feels weak and I notice when I first wipe after uninating it is very wet and at times slimy like. What could cause this?
