I Am A 30 Year Old Woman And For The

I am a 30 year old woman and for the last few months I have felt so horrible . Every evening my body starts to get clammy and yet I feel cold too ( it's kinda hard to explain ) and then right after that I get light headed and feel like I'm going to faint ( I haven't yet thankfully ! ) Then I begin to feel nauseous and just a little bit dizzy . Some symptoms have come and gone such as feeling like I'm in a daydream state of mind and double vision once . I have also had numerous infections but they are all just in my head such as two bad cases of vertigo to where all I could do was sit on the bathroom floor and watch it spin and a couple of awful sinus infections and ear infections and bad allergies . But the rest of my body will feel fine except for fatigue and weakness . I have gone to multiple doctors and they have done blood work and it comes back perfect and checked my urine which also comes back perfect and they just tell me to follow up with my primary care dr but I don't have one because I don't have health insurance . I don't know what to do and I believe there's something in my head to cause all these infections and to cause the feeling like I'm going to faint all the time . This last week I have had a severe headache all day long every day and nothing helps it or even eases the pain . When I lay down it actually makes it worse but when I stand up and move a little bit it seems to get better quite a bit but then the feeling like I'm going to faint kicks in . I am desperate for help and it has gotten so bad that I have even been staying with my grandmother because I am a single mom of a 8 year old girl and it scares me to be alone with her when I get these feelings although I have taught her how to call 911 and had her memorize our address as well just in case anything does happen . Please help me be normal again for myself and my beautiful daughter !
