I Am A 30 Years Old And Seven Months Pregnant.

I am a 30 years old and seven months pregnant. I have no problem in urination or else .Reports of blood sugar, tsh and t4 (free) , hemoglobin are normal but Urine R/E report shows pus cell 10-15. My doctor advised for urine culture sensitivity test. Is it serious ?
