I Am A 30 Yr Male,5 Yrs Back I Started

I am a 30 yr male,5 yrs back I started having unbarable pain in my left festival which made me unable to walk,I was prescribed an antibiotic with painkillers and an anti inflammatory,which toom the pain away,but it reoccured 7 months later,I've seen numerous physicians and gotten diff antibiotics,but to this day,the pain has moved to both testicals and I have tingling in my legs which feels itchy!I've gotten an ultrasound done on my testties,and gotten blood work done and I haven't gotten bad news about the tests??can u help me
