I Am A 31 Year Old Female. My Perineum Is

I am a 31 year old female. My perineum is swollen, but only on one side. It burns when I urinate, but isn't aggravated if I defecate. I was wondering if I could treat this otc as I currently have no insurance. I tried using diaper rash cream at first thinking it was just irritation, but it hasn't gotten better in the past couple days. It hasn't gotten worse either, though.
