I Am A 31 Year Old Female Whom Has Been

I am a 31 year old female whom has been off the pill for a year now. In that years time i have only had 3 periods. I have not had one in roughly the last 4 months. I know for a fact i am not pregnant. Also within the last two weeks i have been experiencing bilateral breast pain and extreme tenderness throughout both breasts and nipples. Typically i would associate this pain with a cycle or ovulation but since i have not had either in several months not sure what could be the cause. Thank you.
