I Am A 31 Year Old Mother Of Four. About

I am a 31 year old mother of four. About a year ago I started dealing with extreme fatigue and feeling achy deep in my joints and muscles. I've went to my GP after a couple months. They took a bevy of blood tests and sent me to a rheumatologist. He took even more tests. At the time, everything was normal except my vitamin D levels, which were 10 ng/ml. He prescribed a high dose of vitamin D and said we'd check again in a few months. I was diligent about taking my meds, and getting at least 20 minutes of sun a day. A couple months later, my right knee swelled and hurt bad for no apparent reason. The rheum. drained it and injected steroids. This seemed to help. I soon developed severe nausea, lack of appetite, and fevers which spiked each night. I also had upper right abdomen pain. Back to the GP I went after four weeks of low-grade fevers during the day and 101-105 at night. They did more blood work, a contrast MRI of my abdomen and chest, along with x-rays and ultrasounds. All were normal except my bilirubin levels were elevated (unsure how much), and my alkaline phosphorylase was low. My liver function tests have been poor for a long time, and I don't have great kidneys. I see my GP soon, but over the last few weeks the fevers have continued for 2 months. I have random lymph nodes swelling, especially on the back of my head. I also sometimes get what sort of look like hives on the backs of my knees. Occasionally I'll have a couple show up in random spots. My stomach is all screwed up and I'm struggling with constipation. A few days ago, a hard lump about the size of a baseball developed just above my navel, slightly to the right. It feels like intestine. I'm very small, so it's pretty easy to feel organs. There are days where I swear my liver (or something in that area) is bigger than usual. I take 60mg of Adderall each day for energy. I just started Lexapro for severe anxiety. I also take Tramadol and Ativan prn. I also take vitamins. I am weak, losing weight, in pain and SO exhausted. I often struggle with shortness of breath and dizziness. My vitamin D levels won't budge after about 5 months of treatment. All my doctors are stuck. One suggested Adult Onset Still's, but the others don't agree. I'm really losing hope, but trying to stay positive and be kind to my body with exercise and diet. I need to keep up with these babes of mine!! I feel like I'm headed downhill no matter what I do. Any help would be more amazing than you could possibly know!!
