I Am A 31 Year Old Mother Of Three Living

I am a 31 year old mother of three living children. I am 5'3" and weigh 135lbs. Two months ago, I had a stillbirth at 20 weeks, followed a week later by postpartum hemorrhaging and a D&C. I don't know how much blood I lost, but in the course of my 8-hr hospital stay, I was given 5 units of something the nurse told me is meant to sort of "plump up the blood left in your body." I came home from the hospital feeling very energetic and spent the first month keeping very busy. In the past month, however, I've begun having increasingly worse problems. I have shortness of breath, dizziness, near-fainting spells, need about 10 hrs. of sleep a night, and most recently my left eye has begun twitching (past two weeks) and my head has begun bobbing steadily when sitting (past one week). My most recent labs showed that my hemoglobin is great, and my doctor has also checked my thyroid, which is also fine. I've increased salt and water intake, but the symptoms seem to be getting worse each week, even though I just came home from a childless five-day vacation.
