I Am A 31 Yr. Old Female Recently Diagnosed With

I am a 31 yr. old female recently diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri (back in Feburary). I have been prescribed Topamax 100mg twice a day. My question is I've recently started having really bad hip pain, and never have experienced problems with this before. Is this related to this condition? Also having short term memory issues with rather or not I took my medicines for example , which frustrates me because I don't want to double a dose on accident. Just wasn't sure if joint pain was associated with this or the Topamax.
