I Am A 31 Yr Old Female With No Children.

I am a 31 yr old female with no children. i have been experiencing some urine leakage during my menstrual cycles for a while now. i have thought before that maybe i was putting tampon too far inside but when i try not to do so it causes discomfort. i have been told many times over the years during pap smears that my cervix is difficult to find(tilted i guess). i did have a tubal pregnancy a few years ago. Can u make any suggestions?
