I Am A 32 Y/o Female. 5'2 120lbs W/ History

I am a 32 y/o female. 5'2 120lbs W/ history of lupus. I have been having upper left abdominal pain only while bending down or curling up. My stomach is also tender and a bit swollen. Is it not something to worry about? what could be causing this? Thanks
