I Am A 32 Year Old Female I Have Had

I am a 32 year old female I have had a history of blood clots(duct and PE). I am having severe night sweats where I have to change my clothing three times a night and when I wake up I am eve dizzy and weak, my breathing is very laboured. Besides all the blood clotting I am usually very healthy, I eat healthy and excersize regularily. What could be causing this?
