I Am A 32 Year Old Female. I've Been Feeling

I am a 32 year old female. I've been feeling drained. I've had minor pinch type cramping and light pink spotting. The spotting has already stopped. My period isn't due yet and my temp has been running slightly high for days. I've had gas and feel bloated. (Although the last part could be from drinking soda.) I've been constipated for the last two days as well. What is going on with me?
