I Am A 33 Year Old Female I Have A

I am a 33 year old female I have a lump on the back of my neck by my hairline. I also cannot move my neck,very sore on the right side. I now have a cluster of hard bumps in my scalp they are painful, itchy and sore to the touch. My dermatologist said my lymphnodes behind right ear are swollen due to an infection. He Prescribed antibiotic and a anti fungal solution flucocinonide. Can this be anything more serious. The lumps are still sore, and painful i still have a stiff neck and have been taking the antibiotic for almost 3 days and using the solution. My ear is now hurting and also feeling itchy and burning around the earlobe. I had a keratin hair treatment done about 3 weeks ago, this is my third time having it done . I am wondering if I had a bad reaction to the chemicals. All the lymohnodes in my neck on the right side are swollen still and I feel a shooting pain every now and then on the right side of my head. The area behind my ear is extremely sore and the bumps are still hard and sore. Theirs about 10 bumps from my hairline up to mid scalp.
