I Am A 33 Year Old Female. I Weight 190

I am a 33 year old female. I weight 190 and Im 5'4. My hand swelled for as long as I can remember, but for the last couple years they have started swelling more than usual. They often turn a bluish color, then a dark red, they stay cold alot. At times the top half of my hands with my fingers will be red then the bottom half of my hand will be almost white. For the past month I can't get any sleep because as soon as I lay down my hands and arms hold numb and I have to stand up to make it stop. They also during the day if I'm doing something with my hands they go numb . Please help
